Card Request

If you know of an Active Duty Service Member, Veteran, Service Member/Veteran family member, or Angel volunteer that you'd like to have cards sent to for a special event, has never been told "Thank You" or given any type of acknowledgment for their service, or might need get-well wishes or just some encouragement, our Cards Angel volunteers would love to send cards to them, just to let them know that we care! If you'd like to request a card for an Active Duty Service Member, Veteran, or Service Member/Veteran family member, please complete the information below.

Please note: Card requests must be submitted 30 to 60 days prior to the occasion to be approved. Requests submitted less than 30 days out will not be approved.

Cards are added to our database every Friday. If you do not see your request reflected after 7 days, please reach out to the email listed above.

Please do not submit requests for Angel birthdays. Angels have the opportunity to opt in for birthday cards through their profile.
